Do you offer full-service moving?
Yes. We run on the Labor-Only model so you control the truck cost, but if you'd rather we handle everything — reserving the truck, loading it, coordinating it and unloading it — we do that too. You decide how much to hand off: from labor only to a fully coordinated move.
Are you insured?
Yes. We're insured against property damage. We can issue the Certificate of Insurance (COI) your building or condo management in Palm Beach requires. Ask for it with some lead time and we'll have it ready before move day.
How far ahead should I book my movers?
A week or two is ideal. The end of the month fills up fast because that's when lease terms expire. If you need last-minute movers, reach out anyway — we always keep tactical slots open and we'll tell you straight if we have availability.
Do you move heavy or specialty items?
Yes. We move treadmills, marble tops and large appliances with the right crew and equipment. Tell us what it is and roughly how much it weighs when you book so we send enough hands. We do not move safes, pianos or anything that needs a crane.
Do you work weekends and holidays?
Saturdays and Sundays, same flat rate, no weekend surcharge. For holidays, ask early. In Florida, starting at 7 or 8 a.m. is the norm to beat the heat and make for a faster move.
Do you do commercial moves or small office relocations?
Yes, we help local businesses relocate. We pack up inventory, disassemble desks, load the truck and set everything up at your new office so your business is back up and running with minimal downtime.
Do you offer packing service before move day?
Yes. We can send a crew a day ahead (or the same day) just to pack your kitchen, closets and fragile items into boxes. It speeds up the process and makes sure everything travels safe.
