What your building will ask for

  • A certificate of insurance (COI)

Most associations want a COI with the building listed as the certificate holder before a crew can start. Send us the management office’s requirements and we send the certificate ahead of move day.

  • An elevator reservation

Book the service elevator with management and tell us the window. We plan the crew so the work fits inside it.

  • Move-in hours

Many buildings only allow moves on set days and hours. We plan the start time around them.

  • Floor and elevator protection

Furniture pads and wrap are included. If the building also requires floor runners or elevator wall pads, we quote them with your move.

Long hallways and loading docks

Condo moves are mostly carrying: from the loading area to the elevator, down the hallway and back. We bring dollies for the long runs, and there’s no “long carry” fee.

FAQ: condo moving

Can you send a certificate of insurance to my condo association?
Yes. Send us the management office’s requirements and we send the COI before move day.
What if the elevator reservation is only a few hours?
Tell us the window when you book and we plan the crew so the work fits inside it.
My building requires floor and elevator protection — do you provide it?
Yes. Furniture pads and wrap are included; floor runners and elevator wall pads are quoted separately, with your move. We follow the loading hours your management allows.
Do you charge for long hallways?
No. There’s no “long carry” fee and no stair charge.
Can you move me from a house into a condo?
Yes — and what doesn’t fit can leave as a cleanout, priced by how much of the truck it fills.
How soon can you come?
A week or two of notice is ideal, and the end of the month books up first. For last-minute moves, call (561) 723-1087 — if we have a slot, we’ll tell you straight away.
